Anyone read Dr. Phil’s “Relationship Rescue”?

I just bought it, and have only gotten 15 pages in. At first, I had intended to buy this book and read it WITH my husband, but now I’m wondering if I should just read it myself?

What did you do? Read with your spouse, or by yourself? If you read it by yourself, did you share it with your spouse afterwards, or just follow what the book said on your own?

What would give me/us the most success?

Thanks! :) :| Too bad I already bought it. LOL.

Oh well. I’ll read a little bit of it and if it’s not working out well I’ll return it, no biggie.

My wife and I did some of it, and yes, we did it together as a relationship building exercise. What surprised us right off was how good our marriage was – we often found stuff that was not applicable to our situation. The book seemed to be targeted not at people with pretty good marriages wanting to make them better, but at people with marriages that may be in danger of going down the tubes. I’m not sure I’d recommend it for you.
